Learning and Development Instructional Designer

Our partner is looking for a Learning and Development Instructional Designer based in the United States. The Learning and Development Instructional Designer will create engaging, effective learning experiences that support associate development across a portfolio of 50 senior living communities. Based in a hybrid work environment at the Baltimore home office, this role combines instructional design expertise, creativity, and technology to deliver impactful training solutions. Working closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams, you will translate organizational priorities into practical learning programs. Your work will span digital learning, classroom instruction, virtual seminars, and other interactive formats. By applying adult learning principles and evidence-based design practices, you will strengthen employee knowledge, improve job performance, and support excellence in resident care and service.
