Staff Product Manager - Email Growth

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Email Growth based in India. This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on accelerating growth and adoption across an email marketing product. You will own strategies that turn new users into active, engaged email users while improving activation, retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value. The role combines product strategy, growth experimentation, analytics, and product-led growth initiatives. You will work across onboarding, feature discovery, monetization, and viral growth loops to unlock new opportunities. Success will be measured through meaningful improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and other cross-functional teams in a global, remote-first environment.
