We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Architect to lead enterprise workforce technology solutions across Human Resources, Learning and Development, Talent Management, and regulatory compliance. In this role, you will shape the architecture, integration, security, reporting, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Learning Cloud within a complex healthcare environment.
