Recruitment Assistant

Position Type: Part-Time (Independent Contractor) Location: Remote / Flexible Specialization: IT & Technical Recruitment Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Assistant to manage our end-to-end talent acquisition process. This is a part-time, contract-based role perfect for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of tech hiring and enjoys building a welcoming experience for new hires from day one. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition - Create and publish job postings across various recruitment platforms - Source and attract candidates through job boards, databases, and other channels - Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews - Evaluate candidates based on role requirements and hiring criteria - Provide regular recruitment updates and candidate status reports to the team - Coordinate and attend recruitment-related meetings Hiring & Onboarding Support - Assist in preparing and sending job offers - Support onboarding activities, including coordination of requirements and documentation - Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding experience for new hires Administrative & Coordination Tasks - Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers - Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process - Support other HR-related tasks as needed Qualifications & Skills - Previous experience in Human Resources or Recruitment, preferably IT recruitment - Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) - Ability to conduct professional initial interviews and candidate assessments - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working independently in a remote or flexible setup - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams Contract Details - Structure: This is an Independent Contractor arrangement. - Schedule: Part-time hours (to be agreed upon), with flexibility based on recruitment volume.
