The role reports to the Head of USAT Institutional and covers regional expansion, local FX pilots, and operational workflows. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Partner with regional expansion leadership to optimize on/off-ramp infrastructure across high-value corridors. - Analyze fiat and stablecoin liquidity flows to support operational decisions and reduce payment friction. - Lead local stablecoin FX pilots and set roadmaps to move successful pilots into production. - Act as primary project manager for geographic expansion initiatives. - Research markets and track regulatory shifts to source and prioritize new corridor opportunities. - Manage operational execution and compliance as tier-1 US institutions adopt USAT. - Maintain KPI tracking, status reporting, and internal alignment across institutional workflows. 🔑 Requirements set by the company: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. - 3-6 years in project management, business development, or operations in fintech, cross-border payments, banking, or digital assets. - Track record of managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to close. - Understanding of cross-border settlements, payment rails, stablecoin mechanics, and regional fintech ecosystems. - Excellent written and verbal English, including work with internal partners, regional leads, and institutional clients. - Proactive, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-velocity environment. 📩 To apply: Apply on the official vacancy page: https://careers.tether.io/o/usat-institutional-associate-junior-mid-2.
