P2P Platforms and Innovation Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead technology modernization and digital innovation across a global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function within the healthcare and life sciences sector. You will drive the evolution of digital platforms, analytics, and reporting solutions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen controls, and enhance the user experience. Working closely with global process owners, procurement teams, operations, and IT stakeholders, you will identify opportunities to simplify processes and deliver measurable business value. You will also champion the adoption of artificial intelligence, automation, and scalable digital solutions to transform how P2P activities are managed. This role combines strategic leadership, technical expertise, and cross-functional collaboration in a global operating environment.
