Senior Manager of Accounting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Manager of Accounting based in the United States. This is a strategic accounting leadership role overseeing critical general ledger and statutory reporting activities across multiple international entities. You will lead a team of accounting professionals while ensuring accurate, timely, and well-governed financial reporting. The role combines technical accounting expertise, people leadership, financial analysis, and cross-functional partnership. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Legal, Procurement, and other business stakeholders. A key focus will be strengthening close processes, improving controls, and using automation and AI-enabled tools to increase efficiency. You will also provide executive-level reporting and guidance on complex accounting matters and local regulatory requirements.
