Oracle Solution Architect

Oracle Cloud Solution Architect Dublin Hybrid We are currently looking for an Oracle Solution Architect for a growing practice in Ireland. You'll shape solution design across Fusion Finance and HR working closely with business leaders and delivery teams to turn complex requirements into practical solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead Oracle Cloud Finance or HR solution design. - Translate business requirements into scalable architecture and process solutions. - Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders. - Guide delivery teams and support colleagues through mentoring. - Contribute to business development and client growth initiatives. What We're Looking For - Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud solution architecture experience. - Proven track record delivering complex Oracle Cloud implementations. - Knowledge of business processes, integrations, security, data, and reporting. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. - Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI, data migration, or third-party integrations is desirable. - Industry experience in sectors such as financial services, public sector, healthcare, utilities, or higher education is advantageous.
