Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

The Executive Talent Acquisition Partner will play a strategic role in shaping the leadership team of a large, nationally recognized consumer products organization. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this position will lead searches for Senior Director, Vice President, Senior Vice President, Business Unit President, and other critical leadership roles. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, translating complex business priorities into sophisticated talent strategies. The role combines executive search, direct sourcing, talent mapping, market intelligence, leadership assessment, and strategic workforce planning. You will influence critical hiring decisions by bringing data-driven insights, external market knowledge, and deep expertise in executive talent to the table. This position also offers the opportunity to build long-term leadership pipelines and reduce reliance on external search firms through effective internal executive recruiting.
