This is an opportunity to tackle complex engineering challenges, building scalable, performance-critical systems where concurrency, throughput and reliability are key. With multiple positions available, there's scope for engineers at different stages of seniority to make an impact. The Role - Develop high-performance Java applications for financial markets. - Build scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. - Solve complex challenges around concurrency, distributed systems and performance. - Work with Kafka, cloud infrastructure and event-driven architectures. - Drive code quality, automated testing and CI/CD. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of commercial Java development experience. - Strong knowledge of concurrency, multithreading and distributed systems. - Experience with Spring Boot, PostgreSQL and REST APIs. - Familiarity with Kafka, Docker and cloud platforms. - Financial services or low-latency experience is a plus.
