💼 Hiring: Global Crypto-as-a-Service Partnership - Senior Specialist - Binance 📍 Remote - Hong Kong | 🕐 Posted 20 hours ago - October 1, 2026 | 💰 Not provided | 🔗 Business Development / CaaS Binance is hiring a Senior Specialist to own Global Crypto-as-a-Service partnerships, from sourcing and negotiation through launch and post-signing execution. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Own the pipeline from sourcing and pitching through structuring, negotiation, and deal closure. - Identify and engage high-value partners across key markets and lead tailored pitches. - Lead negotiations and execution, including onboarding, launch planning, integration, and post-signing work. - Work with Product and Operations so features and integrations support signed partnerships. - Build relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at strategic partners. - Align with product, marketing, tech, compliance, legal, finance, and operations. - Oversee multi-workstream delivery, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication. - Monitor markets and competitors, and improve partnership processes for execution quality. 🔑 Requirements: - Significant BD or partnership experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, payments, or technology. - Proven record of independently owning and closing complex partnership deals. - Strong local-market understanding and ability to engage key decision-makers. - Sharp strategic and analytical skills for regional growth opportunities. - Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and digital assets. - Ability to work across product, tech, legal, compliance, and commercial teams. - Good API understanding and ability to turn commercial needs into technical requirements. - Strong communication, negotiation, and senior stakeholder skills. - English and Mandarin fluency is required.
