Customer Account Manager, Strategic Accounts

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Account Manager, Strategic Accounts based in Canada. This is a growth-focused strategic account role at the intersection of fintech, payments, and customer success. You will own and expand a portfolio of existing customers, including complex multi-entity and private-equity-backed organizations. Working with senior finance, accounting, and IT leaders, you will uncover opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen financial controls, and accelerate cash flow. The role combines consultative selling, executive relationship management, account strategy, and commercial ownership. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers and cross-functional experts to deliver measurable customer outcomes and identify expansion opportunities. This is an opportunity to build long-term strategic relationships while helping customers advance their digital transformation journey.
