HR Operations Specialist - German Speaking

This is a remote HR operations role supporting employees and clients throughout the employment lifecycle across multiple European countries. You’ll help manage onboarding, employee changes, HR administration, and day-to-day employment matters while ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role combines operational execution with customer-focused problem solving in a fast-paced international environment. You’ll work closely with Legal, Payroll, Finance, Product, leadership, and external partners to deliver seamless HR services. Your ability to balance employee and client needs with local employment requirements will be central to your success.
