Sr. Manager of Copy and Brand Storytelling

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Manager of Copy and Brand Storytelling based in Brazil. This is a senior creative role for someone who can make a brand impossible to ignore through sharp, culturally relevant storytelling. You’ll own the voice of the brand across campaigns, social, retail, partnerships, launches, and emerging channels. Working closely with creative, brand, social, growth, e-commerce, retail, and legal teams, you’ll turn ideas into work that feels distinctive and human. You’ll also mentor a Junior Copywriter, helping develop their craft while creating space for independent thinking and ownership. The role combines hands-on writing with big-picture concept development, from campaign platforms and scripts to naming and entirely new brand identities. You’ll have significant creative freedom and the opportunity to push the brand in new directions without losing its core personality.
