Lead Quality Assurance Engineer - Patient

This is a senior quality engineering and team leadership role focused on delivering reliable, high-quality healthcare technology solutions. You’ll guide QA planning and execution across assigned product areas while helping establish strong testing standards and practices. The role combines hands-on quality expertise with coaching, cross-functional collaboration, incident response, and process improvement. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps, UI/UX, Delivery, and Support teams to turn customer and business needs into testable requirements. A major focus will be strengthening automation, reducing escaped defects, and improving the efficiency and consistency of quality processes. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring QA professionals, managing priorities, and driving continuous learning across the team.
