ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead & PMO Consultant based in India. Take ownership of a critical ServiceNow transformation workstream in a complex enterprise environment, combining technical consulting, end-to-end delivery leadership, and project management expertise. In this role, you will guide initiatives from requirements analysis and solution design through development, testing, production release, and post-launch support. You will coordinate architects, developers, testers, Product Owners, and business stakeholders to ensure milestones are met and dependencies are managed effectively. Beyond traditional PMO responsibilities, you will actively contribute to technical discussions, anticipate delivery risks, and drive issues toward resolution. This remote opportunity is suited to an experienced ServiceNow professional who can independently lead delivery, communicate confidently across technical and business teams, and bring structure and accountability to complex projects.
