Valuation Quality Control III

The Valuation Quality Control III will play a critical role in assessing collateral values and supporting sound lending, investment, and asset resolution decisions across diverse U.S. real estate markets. This position focuses on reviewing commercial appraisals, property evaluations, and market analyses to ensure accuracy, defensibility, and compliance with applicable valuation standards. You will independently challenge unsupported assumptions, validate conclusions against market evidence, and assess complex income-producing, distressed, and development properties. Working closely with credit, investment, and asset resolution teams, you will translate detailed valuation analysis into clear recommendations that support informed business decisions.
