We partner with companies across Europe to provide professional customer support through email, chat, and phone in multiple European languages. We are hiring Catalan, Valencian, Basque, Galician-speaking Customer Support Agents based in Europe to support our client projects. Tasks Responsibilities You will help customers through multiple communication channels while delivering an excellent customer experience. Your responsibilities may include: - Responding to customer enquiries via email, chat and phone (inbound & outbound) • Content Annotations/Content Moderation - Resolving customer questions professionally and efficiently - Escalating complex issues where required - Maintaining accurate records in customer support systems - Following client processes and quality standards - Contributing to customer satisfaction and continuous service improvement Requirements Requirements - Based in Europe with valid work authorisation - Native or professional proficiency in one of these languages : Catalan, Valencian, Basque, or Galician • Good English communication skills - 1–3 years of customer support or customer service experience preferred - Comfortable communicating through phone, email and chat - Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom or similar) is an advantage - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup with laptop/desktop Benefits Fully remote work within Europe Opportunity to work with international companies AI-enhanced customer support environment Continuous learning and development Opportunity for long-term collaboration based on project availability We are hiring for client projects.
