Compliance Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to strengthen identity verification, fraud prevention, and risk management across a global network of professionals. In this role, you will oversee Know Your Customer (KYC) and identity verification cases, ensuring individuals are accurately identified and meet relevant eligibility requirements. You will investigate complex cases, assess sanctions and anti-money laundering (AML) risks, and identify emerging fraud patterns across different regions. Beyond case reviews, you will help maintain high operational standards through quality assurance, reviewer calibration, and targeted training. You will also contribute to improving compliance policies, verification processes, and internal controls as regulations and fraud techniques evolve.
