We are hiring a Graphic and Visual Designer to support a fast-growing media and technology company. About the Role We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to own the visual identity across social, presentations, email, product launches, events, videos, and merch. You'll bring a critical design eye and establish visual standards the entire team can build on. This is a creative-first role with variety and impact. Responsibilities - Define and document brand standards in a clear guide - Ensure consistency across social, email, presentations, product, and events - Design graphics for social media, email campaigns, feature launches, and announcements - Build and maintain reusable templates for fast, high-quality output - Produce designs for merch, events, and experiential moments - Turn data into clean, visual-first reports and shareable assets - Create short-form video and motion content (Reels, TikToks, animated graphics) - Use AI tools actively as part of your workflow (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Paper, Spline, Claude) - Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and Product teams to support launches and campaigns - Manage design requests and deadlines in Linear Requirements - 4–6 years of graphic design experience, ideally in-house at tech, media, or entertainment companies - Strong Figma proficiency (components, auto-layout, prototyping) - Proven ability to design across social, email, presentation, and print formats - Experience building and maintaining brand systems and guidelines - Demonstrated AI tool fluency (Midjourney, Firefly, Paper, Spline, Claude) - Strong visual and typographic instincts - Self-directed, organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented Nice to Have - Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar - Background in music or entertainment industry Why Join Us - High-impact projects shaping the future of media and tech - Fully remote, flexible contract role - Opportunity to own and shape the visual identity of a fast-growing company Originally posted on Himalayas
