Installation Review Specialist

This is a remote position. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates on project status. - Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget. - Collaborate with installation departments to move projects efficiently through each stage. - Communicate effectively with external partners, including subcontractors, utility companies, and city inspectors. - Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues that could impact timelines or quality. - Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and reporting in company CRM and project management software. - Conduct project closeout processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and approvals are finalized. - Continuously seek process improvements to enhance project workflows and customer satisfaction.
