Software Developer

NeoWork is hiring Software Developers to join engineering teams at fast-growing U.S. companies. You will build, ship, and maintain features across the stack, working directly with product and engineering leads. NeoWork is a global staffing and operations partner that builds dedicated remote teams for fast-growing U.S. companies. Our teammates work directly inside our clients' teams and tools, while NeoWork takes care of recruiting, HR, benefits, and ongoing support. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain front-end and back-end features • Write clean, tested, and well-documented code • Integrate with APIs, databases, and third-party services • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical discussions • Troubleshoot bugs and improve performance and reliability • Collaborate with product, design, and QA to ship on schedule Requirements - 3+ years of professional software development experience • Strong proficiency in at least one modern stack (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Node.js, or Python) • Experience with REST APIs, databases, and Git • Good spoken and written English for working with U.S. teams • Strong problem-solving skills and ownership of your work • Availability for overlap with U.S. business hours • Based in Brazil, with a reliable home office setup and stable internet connection Nice to Have - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Experience with AI/LLM integrations Benefits - We offer health insurance for contractors • Holiday Extra Pay - The work hours generally align with standard business hours in the US, with some potential flexibility depending on the client's needs. • This is a 100% home-based position • We prioritize the mental health of our team members and offer mental health days to support their well-being. • In addition to the base salary, performance-based incentives are provided. • There is an annual review and appraisal process in place. • There are ample opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company.
