Technical Recruiter (Contract)

The Opportunity We are looking for a contract Technical Recruiter to support our Engineering team for 6 months. In this role, you will partner closely with the engineering team to identify, attract, and hire strong technical talent. You'll leverage data-driven recruiting practices and structured processes to efficiently fill open roles while delivering an excellent candidate experience. This is a contract position. The hourly rate will be determined based on experience. What You'll Do - Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract passive talent from leading technology, cloud, consulting, and enterprise software organizations. - Apply expertise to meet hiring targets and develop unique full-cycle hiring strategies - Partner with engineering team to build structured interview plans that assess the right technical and functional competencies - Manage a pipeline of requisitions, balancing speed and quality to meet hiring goals - Maintain data hygiene through Ashby to ensure accuracy of our Talent datasets - Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process What You Have - 3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on technical/engineering roles - Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment for software engineering talent - Good understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions. - Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment - Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle both high-volume and targeted recruiting while maintaining quality - Strong stakeholder management experience and ability to work independently
