Chief Technology Officer | SaaS | Scale-up

We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer for a leading European SaaS scale-up. As the company enters its next phase of growth, the CTO will play a key role in scaling the platform, shaping the technology strategy and building the capabilities required to support continued innovation and international expansion. What we're looking for: - 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles (CTO, VP Engineering, CIO or equivalent) - Strong track record leading software, platform or SaaS organisations at scale - Experience with cloud, platform architecture, infrastructure and high-availability environments - Experience operating customer-facing platforms where reliability, security and performance are critical - Proven experience building and developing high-performing technology teams - Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to operate at executive level - Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French are a plus
