Lead AI Solutions Architect

What You'll Be Doing - Define and drive the AI architecture strategy across enterprise platforms. - Design and deliver production-ready solutions using LLMs, RAG, and Agentic AI frameworks. - Lead the development of intelligent applications that automate processes, enhance customer experiences, and improve business outcomes. - Build scalable AI workflows integrating vector databases, APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud services. - Establish best practices for AI development, prompt engineering, governance, security, testing, and deployment. - Mentor developers and technical teams on modern AI technologies and responsible AI principles. - Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies and recommend solutions that deliver measurable value. - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Data, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative AI-enabled capabilities. What We're Looking For - 5+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or related technologies. - Proven experience delivering LLM-powered applications into production environments. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions. - Experience building Agentic AI systems and multi-step AI workflows. - Strong software engineering background with excellent Python development skills. - Experience with prompt engineering and LLM optimisation techniques. - Working knowledge of AI frameworks including: - LangChain - LangGraph - LlamaIndex - Semantic Kernel Technical Expertise - Python and JavaScript/TypeScript development experience. - Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or Qdrant. - Hands-on experience with OpenAI/GPT APIs, Claude, Hugging Face, and similar AI platforms. - AWS cloud experience. - Docker and Kubernetes knowledge. - Understanding of MLOps and AI deployment practices. - Experience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations. Leadership Skills - Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and complex projects. - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
