Platform/Implementation Engineer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Platform/Implementation Engineer based in United States. This role is responsible for the hands-on technical deployment, configuration, integration, and validation of enterprise software within customer environments. You will work across infrastructure, identity, databases, networking, security, and application services to bring implementations from discovery through production readiness. The position combines deep technical troubleshooting with direct customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will help ensure data is accurately ingested, normalized, validated, and ready for customer acceptance. Success requires strong systems administration expertise, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear business language. You will also contribute to implementation documentation, customer training, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement. The role is remote for candidates based in U.S. Eastern or Central time zones, with a strong emphasis on customer partnership and technical ownership.
