Growth Engineer - SEO, SEM & AI Search

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Engineer - SEO, SEM & AI Search based in Netherlands. This is a hands-on growth role focused on generating qualified B2B leads and measurable revenue through search and AI-driven discovery channels. You will own the full growth motion across SEO, SEM, Generative Engine Optimization, and Generative Engine Marketing. The role combines strategic thinking with direct execution, from identifying high-intent opportunities to launching campaigns and optimizing content and landing pages. You will help strengthen visibility across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery experiences. Success will be measured by business outcomes such as qualified leads, pipeline, attribution, and revenue rather than traffic alone. You will work closely with leadership in a fast-moving, experimentation-driven environment where you are expected to identify opportunities and implement solutions independently. The initial engagement is structured as a three-month project, with the potential to transition into a full-time position.
