Sr. Recruiter

This role is responsible for attracting and securing highly qualified talent for specialized technical and engineering positions within a fast-paced infrastructure environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies. The position combines full-cycle recruiting, strategic sourcing, candidate assessment, stakeholder consulting, and talent-market engagement. You will manage a substantial requisition portfolio while sourcing candidates for specialized and difficult-to-fill technical roles. The role also offers the opportunity to strengthen employer branding and deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Success requires strong sourcing expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to evolving priorities, systems, and recruiting approaches. This is a remote, temporary full-time position supporting infrastructure-focused teams across the United States.
