Executive Recruiter, Leadership Hiring

This is a remote position. This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. This role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments. Key Responsibilities - Partner with stakeholders to define role requirements, success outcomes, and assessment approach - Deliver senior-level talent insights (availability, compensation signals, competitor mapping) - Source, screen, and engage candidates using structured interviewing and market mapping - Maintain rigorous documentation and candidate communication to protect experience and compliance - Support offer processes, reference checking, and onboarding coordination as needed - Track progress and risks, escalating blockers early and proposing clear mitigation steps Requirements - Experience delivering senior or leadership hires, including complex stakeholder management - Comfort conducting structured competency interviews and supporting reference processes - Ability to provide credible market insights on talent availability and compensation signals - Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment - High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations - Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Benefits - Salary range: 690,000 - 940,000 - Opportunities for professional growth - Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers. - Open communication environment. - Full medical coverage. - to learn more about Haldren, please see: Haldren​ Premier Recruitment Agency​ Originally posted on Himalayas
