We are strengthening our team with a Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant | AI & Integrations profile, for a technology project for a client of ours. Key responsibilities - Analyse business needs and translate them into viable Salesforce solutions; - Identify and recommend the native Salesforce applications, components and features that best meet client requirements; - Configure, customise, implement and optimise Salesforce solutions; - Develop, configure, test and improve PoCs, demonstrating the functional and technical feasibility of the proposed solutions; - Assess integration needs between Salesforce and other client systems and applications; - Propose, configure and validate integration solutions, using APIs and other suitable mechanisms; - Carry out functional, technical and integration testing, identifying issues and proposing improvements; - Build, configure and test AI agents with Claude (Anthropic), including experimenting with different approaches and use cases; - Explore opportunities to use and integrate AI agents with Salesforce and other enterprise applications; - Work in collaboration with business, development and architecture teams and security specialists. What we’re looking for - Proven senior experience in the configuration, customisation and technical implementation of Salesforce solutions; - Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, its applications, features and configuration options; - Ability to analyse business requirements and recommend suitable Salesforce solutions; - Hands-on experience in implementing solutions, developing PoCs, technical validation and testing; - Knowledge of Salesforce integration with external systems, namely through APIs and data flows; - Effective experience in building, configuring and testing AI agents using Claude (Anthropic); - Ability to diagnose and solve problems and to continuously improve solutions; - Knowledge of the core principles of security, data protection and access control; - Technical autonomy, analytical thinking, communication skills and client orientation. Nice to have - Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Platform and other ecosystem applications; - Experience with Salesforce Flow, automations, data model and configuration features; - Knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components and other customisation technologies; - Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and integration tools or platforms; - Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and its possible uses; - Experience with the Anthropic API, integration of AI agents with external tools and process automation; - Technical consulting experience in complex enterprise projects.
