ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI workforce infrastructure startup to help build tools for service businesses that coordinate AI workers and human operators. The role is shaped around your strengths in engineering, product, or company operations, and may become the technical leadership seat. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Define a concrete scope for your first 90 days across engineering, product, or operations. - Build and improve the platform that helps service businesses coordinate AI workers and human judgment. - Take ownership of a key area based on your experience and the needs of the business. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Typically 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience. - Experience founding a company, serving as a startup CTO or first technical hire, shipping a product with lasting impact, or running a service business in a relevant sector. - A clear perspective on what you would own and deliver in your first 90 days. - Comfort working across engineering, product, or operational responsibilities, depending on your strengths. - Willingness to relocate to San Francisco if required.
