The role reports to founder Owen Dearn and is the marketing function for a small remote talent team in fintech, payments, and web3. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Lead brand identity, positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity from the ground up - Turn positioning into a go-to-market plan for fintech, payments, and web3 - Own LinkedIn voice, including the company page and ghostwriting for founder and leadership - Build content: thought leadership, hiring trends, deal wins, and short-form video - Run campaigns, calendar, budget, reporting, agencies, and website upkeep - Own CRM data quality, segmentation, and email sequences - Run events, including the Stablecoin Sandwich Club, and represent Find at major conferences 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 3+ years in marketing with a results track record and readiness for full ownership - Strong track record building a brand's voice and content on LinkedIn - Comfortable across B2B client and candidate-style marketing - Interest in fintech, payments, or web3, or the appetite to learn quickly - Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and international travel a few times a year 🛠 Nice-to-have: - Simple short-form video, CRM such as HubSpot, and CMS website experience - Event curation, recruitment or relationship-led B2B, and a fintech or web3 network 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Direct report to the founder, with full ownership of marketing from day one - Fully remote work, regular international event travel, and room to build a team 📩 To apply: Apply on the LinkedIn vacancy: https://uk.linkedin.com/jobs/view/founding-marketing-manager-at-find-4476329585.
