Insurance Data Analyst, HOA

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Insurance Data Analyst, HOA based in India. This role transforms complex homeowners insurance data into actionable insights that support profitable growth and better business decisions. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers and business leaders across pricing, underwriting, retention, and competitive intelligence. Your work will combine SQL-based analysis, business intelligence, dashboard development, and data quality management. You’ll use tools such as BigQuery, SQL Server, Power BI, Excel, and Python or R to uncover trends and measure business performance. The role offers significant autonomy, with opportunities to tackle ambiguous, cross-functional problems and identify opportunities before they escalate. You’ll work with global and U.S.-based stakeholders in a collaborative, data-driven insurance environment.
