Therapy Development Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Therapy Development Representative based in United States. This is a remote, field-based sales role focused on expanding adoption of innovative vascular therapies across a multi-state territory. The position will drive sales growth, market development, and therapy adoption across Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. You will build new accounts, strengthen relationships with physicians and healthcare decision-makers, and develop key opinion leader partnerships. The role combines consultative selling with clinical education, product training, case support, and in-service programs for medical teams. You will become a trusted therapy expert, sharing clinical insights, market intelligence, competitive knowledge, and best practices with internal field teams. Success requires strong territory planning, disciplined execution, customer influence, and the ability to translate complex medical technologies into meaningful clinical value.
