Senior Data Engineer

SENIOR AWS DATA ENGINEER We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design, build and operate reliable data pipelines and analytics solutions in a cloud environment. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines on AWS. • Build robust batch and streaming data workflows and improve performance. • Monitor pipelines, investigate incidents and improve reliability. • Apply data quality, governance and metadata practices. • Collaborate with engineering, analytics and business stakeholders. REQUIRED SKILLS • Strong experience building data pipelines with AWS services. • Advanced SQL and Python skills. • Experience with Snowflake and data modelling. • Familiarity with orchestration and production data operations. • Professional English communication skills. NICE TO HAVE • dbt, Airflow or AWS Step Functions. • Git and infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. WORK ARRANGEMENT Full-time, hybrid in Lisbon (Moscavide), with two days per week in the office.
