Role Overview
Vurke is seeking experienced Microsoft Copilot Studio Developers to design and deploy enterprise copilots and AI agents for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and deploy solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Develop conversational and agent-based business workflows.
- Configure topics, actions, knowledge sources and orchestration.
- Connect copilots to enterprise data and applications.
- Integrate Copilot Studio with Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Develop actions using APIs and custom connectors.
- Integrate Dataverse, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365.
- Implement authentication and access controls.
- Design grounding and knowledge-retrieval approaches.
- Test conversational accuracy and agent behavior.
- Troubleshoot hallucination, grounding and workflow issues.
- Monitor and improve deployed copilots.
- Participate in client requirements and solution-design sessions.
