The role covers real-world assets, digital securities, and institutional custody workflows. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Lead enterprise architecture for tokenization platforms, including RWAs, digital securities, and institutional custody - Define scalable architectures across backends, frontends, smart contracts, EVM networks, and enterprise blockchain platforms - Lead smart contract standards focused on security, upgradeability, and gas optimization - Design MPC wallet integration for secure signing and institutional custody workflows - Drive audit governance, KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, compliance, roadmaps, ADRs, and mentoring 🔑 Requirements set by the company: - Proven Enterprise Blockchain Architect experience focused on digital assets and tokenization - Deep knowledge of EVM, Hyperledger Besu / Kaleido, and Node.js, Go, Rust, React/Next.js - Expertise with ERC-20, ERC-721, ERC-1155, ERC-3643, and ERC-1400, plus security and gas optimization - Hands-on architecture with Ethers.js, Viem, Wagmi, and MPC wallets such as Fireblocks, DFNS, Turnkey, and BitGo - Knowledge of KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, and compliance for tokenized assets - Ability to mentor teams, start interviews immediately, and work hybrid in New Jersey / New York 📩 To apply: Apply on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/blockchain-architect-full-stack-%E2%80%93-digital-assets-tokenization-at-maxima-consulting-4472484871.
