CEO / Executive Chairman — AgTech & Robotics Company A venture-backed agriculture technology company, applying robotics and AI to solve a major challenge in the industry, is seeking a commercially driven CEO or Executive Chairman to lead its next stage of growth. This is a high-ownership opportunity for a proven leader to take charge of fundraising, investor relations, and international business development — working alongside an established technical leadership team who will remain focused on product and R&D. What you'll own: - Company-wide commercial and strategic direction - Fundraising and direct investor relationships - International growth, partnerships, and market expansion - Potential strategic transactions, including M&A, as the business scales What we're looking for: - Senior commercial, GM, entrepreneurial, or founder-level leadership experience - A genuine, hands-on track record of personally leading capital raises - Strong international business development experience - Comfort operating in a lean, resource-conscious, startup-stage environment - Background in AgTech, robotics, AI, or another relevant venture-backed technology sector is a plus, not a requirement
