Location: Remote Engagement: Independent contractor Compensation: US$30–60 per hour, depending on experience and project requirements. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Design realistic marketing tasks with clear objectives, relevant data, and measurable deliverables. - Create reference solutions, including campaign plans, market analyses, performance reports, and marketing assets. - Develop evaluation criteria to assess strategic reasoning, analytical accuracy, execution quality, and alignment with business objectives. - Review AI-generated work to identify unsupported claims, calculation errors, weak recommendations, and gaps in execution. - Collaborate with reviewers to refine tasks and ensure consistent quality. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR - Professional experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, product marketing, market research, content strategy, or marketing analytics. - Experience owning campaigns or projects with measurable business outcomes. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain your decisions clearly. - Familiarity with tools relevant to your specialty, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, Semrush, or Excel. - Strong written English and attention to detail. PARTICULARLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE - Paid acquisition, campaign optimization, and budget allocation. - Customer segmentation, competitive research, and positioning. - Funnel analysis, attribution, experimentation, and conversion optimization. - SEO, content strategy, lifecycle marketing, and marketing automation. - Translating business goals into actionable marketing plans.
