Position: AI Solutions Developer - Fluent in both English and French. Location: Porto or Lisbon, Portugal Work model: Hybrid - 2 days per week in the office. Responsibilities - Identify opportunities to integrate AI throughout the software development lifecycle, from user stories and specifications to production; - Build and deploy AI agents, RAG systems, MCP integrations, and AI Skills; - Explore Spec-Driven Development and integrate AI into development workflows and CI/CD pipelines; - Define metrics to measure AI adoption, developer productivity, software quality, and overall impact; - Manage priorities and deadlines, continuously optimizing results, context management, and token consumption. Requirements - Solid software engineering experience, preferably with Python, Node.js, or other AI development languages; - Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents and LLM-based applications; - Practical knowledge of RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma); - Experience integrating LLM providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google; - Knowledge of prompt engineering, context management, and token optimization; - Understanding of MCPs and AI Skills, ideally with experience creating and integrating both; - Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development and AI-assisted software engineering; - Ability to identify AI use cases and measure their impact on development workflows; - Fluency in English and French (C1 level).
