Director Content + Production Operations

This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced content and production operations professional to transform how digital learning content is structured, developed, localized, and delivered at scale. You will lead the systems, processes, and teams responsible for turning product roadmaps into high-quality, adaptable training materials across digital learning platforms and print formats. As the organization moves toward a digital-first, print-supported model, you will establish a scalable content architecture that enables reuse, customization, and efficient multi-format publishing. Combining strategic vision with hands-on leadership, you will oversee production workflows, optimize capacity, and accelerate time to market without compromising quality or compliance. You will collaborate closely with product management, learning teams, technology partners, and external vendors to align content delivery with business priorities.
