Sr Engineering Recruiter- Energy & Power

This is a remote position. If selected, you will be joining a successful team that works as an in-house recruiter for our US-based client.Our recruiters work in a fully integrated environment interacting and communicating directly with account managers and executives in the company. Requirements Requirements - Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent in the construction, engineering, environmental, and renewable energy sectors. - Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. - Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the company. - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. - Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. - Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job specifications. - Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights. - Assist in the development of job descriptions and requirements. - Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and hiring decisions. Qualifications: - 3-8 years of recruiting experience, with a focus on either construction or environmental or renewable energy or power sector. - Proven ability to source and attract passive candidates. - Strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for engineering roles. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Strong organizational and time management skills Benefits - Above market salary - Only direct Clients - Financial and Personal Growth & Development - You will not report to any Team Lead or Manager in India. - You will work directly with Senior Managers in North America - We give PF from the company side without deducting from the employee's salary. - Many other benefits Originally posted on Himalayas
