Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect

We’re looking for an exceptional Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect with a proven track record of leading complex, end-to-end implementations and migrations. This is an opportunity for an established architecture professional who has operated at the highest level of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem, taking ownership of solution design, challenging business requirements and guiding technical teams through the delivery of enterprise-wide CRM transformations. You’ll bring more than technical knowledge. You’ll understand how to turn complex business challenges into scalable solutions, make critical architectural decisions and take accountability for delivering successful implementations from initial discovery through to go-live. What you’ll be doing: - Lead end-to-end implementations: Own solution architecture across the full project lifecycle, from discovery and requirements gathering through design, implementation, testing and deployment. - Drive complex migrations: Lead CRM migrations, platform modernisation and transitions from legacy systems or existing Dynamics environments to Dynamics 365 CE. - Define solution architecture: Design scalable solutions across Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and the wider Power Platform, aligned with business requirements. - Provide technical leadership: Guide developers, functional consultants and technical teams, setting architectural standards and ensuring high-quality delivery. - Shape integration strategy: Oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Azure services and wider enterprise systems. - Influence senior stakeholders: Work with business leaders, enterprise architects and programme teams to translate strategic objectives into effective technical solutions. - Own architectural governance: Manage technical risks, design decisions, security, scalability and long-term platform sustainability. What we’re looking for: - Extensive experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM Solution Architect, Technical Architect or in a comparable senior architecture role. - A proven track record of personally leading multiple end-to-end Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations and migrations. - Strong architectural expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dataverse and the Power Platform. - Experience designing complex enterprise solutions, integrations and migration strategies. - The ability to lead technical teams, challenge requirements and make high-impact architectural decisions. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at both technical and executive levels. - Professional fluency in English and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders in the Netherlands. Who will stand out? We’re particularly interested in architects who have delivered multiple complex programmes across different organisations, can demonstrate clear ownership of architectural decisions and understand the challenges of moving businesses from legacy CRM platforms to modern Dynamics 365 environments. Experience with Azure integration services, enterprise application architecture, data migration strategy and large-scale CRM transformation will be highly valued.
