Job title :SAP - ABAP Senior Associate Responsibilities : - Assisting in managing multiple client engagements and reporting to senior management - Leading and mentoring junior staff to enhance team performance and technical skills - Establishing and maintaining effective client relationships to support business development - Contributing to the development of technical acumen within the team - Staying informed on local and national business and economic trends - Engaging in business development activities to identify and research new opportunities - Developing internal relationships and enhancing your personal brand within the firm - Utilizing Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) for process improvement and optimization - Implementing SAP solutions such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Fiori, and SAP HANA to drive business transformation - Applying analytical thinking and strategic technology planning to solve complex business issues - At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to SAP Technology and platform solutions, including SAP S/4HANA System Administration, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), SAP Integration Suite, SAP Security, or related technical architecture credentials - Demonstrating proficiency in Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) - Utilizing SAP Fiori and SAP HANA for business transformation - Excelling in strategic technology planning and process optimization - Embracing change and fostering innovation in SAP environments - Building meaningful client connections and anticipating their needs - Navigating complexity with analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Originally posted on Himalayas
