The role owns coaching, prospecting systems, and a path for BDRs into Account Executive roles. 📋 Responsibilities include: - Lead, coach, and manage BDRs against activity, pipeline, and performance targets - Hire, onboard, and ramp BDRs through a scalable program - Own enablement: messaging, objection handling, account research, and the regulatory landscape - Mentor discovery calls and demos, and keep a path to Account Executive promotion - Partner with Account Executives and Sales on territory, meeting quality, and handoffs - Guide multi-threaded outreach across tax, finance, and product stakeholders - Build prospecting systems in HubSpot and Unify, and use AI for research and sequencing - Track metrics for coaching and forecasting with Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps 🔑 Requirements / Must-have: - 4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or business development, including 1-2+ years leading a BDR/SDR team - Track record building pipeline, coaching BDRs to target, and promoting BDRs into AE roles - Strong HubSpot and outbound tooling (such as Unify), with a focus on repeatable systems - Hands-on AI use to improve outreach, plus skill coaching discovery and demos - Clear communication with senior stakeholders; data-driven and comfortable in a fast-paced market 🛠 Nice-to-have / Preferred: - Background in fintech, crypto, payments, marketplaces, or regulated SaaS 💡 Perks & Benefits: - Base $120,000-$160,000; incentive pay, equity (RSUs), and benefits may apply - 401(k) with crypto access, discretionary time off, paid parental leave, and a fertility benefit - Hybrid: 3 office days and 2 flexible; Monday team lunches, snacks, and drinks 🌍 Location & Time Zone: - New York, NY.
