Apprentice Security Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Apprentice Security Engineer role based in Dublin. The Apprentice Security Engineer will support senior engineers in assessing customer environments, documenting requirements, and helping design security solutions that reflect each client’s needs. Daily tasks include assisting with basic security configuration, monitoring network and application security alerts, and contributing to incident triage under supervision. The role involves participating in security assessments, maintaining accurate records of findings, and learning best practices across cybersecurity domains. The Apprentice Security Engineer will collaborate closely with the wider team to implement and test security controls, while developing technical skills through hands-on experience and guided training.
