DevOps Engineer

Key Requirements: Strong experience in DevOps and Platform Engineering. Hands-on expertise in GitLab CI/CD Pipelines and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions. Strong proficiency in Python programming and automation (Mandatory). Hands-on experience with Terraform, Ansible, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Mandatory). Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Linux Administration. Experience with Azure Cloud services (Mandatory) and cloud-native deployments. Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk. Ability to automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, and operational processes. Strong understanding of DevOps best practices, version control systems, and release management. Mandatory Skill Set: Python Terraform Ansible GitLab CI/CD Pipelines Azure Cloud Docker Kubernetes Linux Administration Preferred Skills: Platform Engineering experience. DevSecOps practices and security automation. Kubernetes Administration and cluster management. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and observability exposure. Experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP). ͏ Responsibilities: • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Actions to enable efficient software delivery. • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and Ansible for automated infrastructure provisioning and configuration management. • Build automation tools and operational workflows using Python to streamline deployments, monitoring, and system administration tasks. • Deploy, manage, and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments. • Administer and support Azure Cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, availability, security, and cost optimization. • Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems, including performance tuning, patching, and operational support. • Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Splunk. • Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to automate application deployment, release management, and operational processes. • Integrate DevSecOps practices by embedding security controls, compliance checks, and vulnerability scanning into CI/CD pipelines. • Drive continuous improvement of DevOps and Platform Engineering practices, ensuring high reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across environments.
