Senior UI Tech Artist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior UI Tech Artist based in Canada. This role sits at the intersection of visual design, technical art, and game development, helping shape the systems that power engaging in-game user interfaces. You’ll establish efficient workflows and technical standards that enable UI artists and developers to create high-quality experiences at scale. Working closely with designers, programmers, artists, producers, and other disciplines, you’ll turn creative concepts into performant, shippable UI systems. The role combines hands-on material and shader development with performance optimization, prototyping, and technical problem-solving. You’ll have significant ownership over key UI technologies while helping evolve pipelines and bring new ideas into production.
