Meta Media Buyer - SaaS

About the Role: We are seeking a results-driven Meta Media Buyer to lead, manage, and optimize our clients paid advertising campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). In this role, you will sit at the intersection of media buying strategy, campaign performance analysis, and end-to-end creative production. You will be directly responsible for driving high-quality lead generation campaigns for US service businesses, systematically testing ad creative, and maintaining scalable cost-per-lead targets. What You'll be Doing: - Campaign Architecture & Setup: Build, manage, and scale lead generation ad campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, ensuring optimal structure, tracking setup, and audience targeting. - Creative Strategy & Content Creation: Develop campaign hooks, copy, and visual creative using design and video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize active ad sets, budget allocation, bid strategies, and audience targeting to achieve client CPA and CPL benchmarks. - A/B Testing & Analysis: Design and execute continuous creative testing roadmaps (hooks, formats, visuals, CTAs) to prevent creative fatigue and lower acquisition costs. - Data Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, Thumb-stop Rate) and deliver actionable performance updates and optimization insights. What We're Looking For: - Experience: 3 to 5 years of proven hands-on experience setting up, managing, and scaling ad spend on Meta Ads Manager. - Lead Generation Expertise: Strong background running successful lead generation campaigns specifically tailored for service-based businesses in the US market. - Creative Tools & Production: Proficiency in designing and editing ad creative using tools like Canva and CapCut. - Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret campaign metrics, troubleshoot underperforming ad sets, and translate data into tactical creative and campaign adjustments.
