Senior Business Affairs Director

The Senior Business Affairs Director will lead and develop a high-performing Business Affairs function supporting operations across multiple international markets. This strategic leadership role focuses on rights management, talent negotiations, content licensing, clearances, and media compliance across diverse channels. Working closely with Production, Client Services, Legal, Procurement, Finance, and external partners, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and commercially effectively. You will establish scalable processes, governance frameworks, and best practices to strengthen service quality and consistency. By building internal capabilities and reducing reliance on external providers, you will help optimize costs, mitigate risk, and support business growth. The position is remote within India until further notice, with working hours aligned to the UK time zone.
